DESCRIPTION: Following on from the work undertaken for the masterplan of the retail park, we were instructed to redevelop a vacant retail unit for a new tenant. The brief was to modernise the unit in order to bring the development up to date. The design removed the existing triangular canopy structure and replaced it with a modern portal design. The dark interior was opened up on two sides with the introduction of full height glazed shopfronts.
