DESCRIPTION: Units 13 & 14 are the first phase of the redevelopment of the retail park. The Units were both vacant and work undertaken at the same time on both units. The design opened up the frontage with new full height glass shopfronts. New brick piers encased the relocated ventilation ducts and formed the entrance with the signage zone above. The new open frontages allowed more light and views into the retail space, connecting both shoppers in the stores to those in the car park and beyond. Boots, who were originally in another unit on the park, relocated to unit 13, allowing Unit 10 to become the next phase in the development.
